Above is what is called an "email signature," and it can be added to the majority of desktop email clients such as Gmail, Yahoo mail, Outlook, and Mozilla. Please note that not all cell phones can use email signatures without special apps (which we can help you with), but rest assured, practically all desktop email programs do allow for an email signature like the above.
